Congratulations, you are a certified diver!
Congratulations on completing your SCUBA certification. We hope your SCUBA diver training was fun. But hold on, in order to become a certified diver you have to pose for your official identification photograph for your PIC (positive identification card).
Photo Requirements;
You are required to provide your clear, unobstructed full face image.
If you submit an unacceptable photo, you will delay the shipment of the certification card. Please follow the specifications below:
- Head and shoulders
- No dark glasses
- No scuba masks
- No hats
- 350kb or smaller in JPG format

Update your profile on the NAUI or PADI website. We cannot process your certification until your picture has been added to your online profile.
You may submit your photo prior to your completion of your training. We can update your picture on your profile for you. Only use this form if you want us to update your profile for you.
All 3 agencies require date of birth. Your certification can not be processed until you have completed all the requirements and submitted correct information.
