Cancellation Policy

There is no charge to reschedule your class. You may reschedule as often as is necessary. You have 1 year to finish.  Divers must complete thier open water checkout dives within 60 days after
completing their pool training. If you wait longer than 60 days, you will be required to take a $99 refresher
in the pool prior to scheduling your check-out dives. If you need to reschedule, please notify us by email at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

There will be a NO Show/ Failure to Notify fee of $25 for each classroom missed and $50/$100 failure to notify fee for not showing up for a pool or quarry training session. 
All we ask is that you let us know by email at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it. Once the session is full,  we may have to turn other students away, or start a wait list and need time to allow other students to take your place.

Late arrivals: We start classes on time. If you arrive late and we have already started the class, you will be considered a No-Show.  Please be considerate. We cannot restart the class for students who arrive late.

Failure to notify & No-show policy:
First Pool or Quarry No-Show/Failure to Notify results in $50 fee.
Second Pool or Quarry No-Show/Failure to Notify results in $100 fee.
Third
 Pool or Quarry No-Show/Failure to Notify results in cancelation of your course and forfeiture of all paid fees.

Our pool sessions fill up a week or two in advance.  Please don’t wait until the last minute to complete your training.  Allow time for rescheduling due to weather, health, full rosters or other issues.

Please review and answer the Medical Statement prior to your in water training.  http://scubanashville.com/documents/ 

You must have the liability and medical statement filled out before you may get in the water. If you answer “Yes” to any medical question, you must bring a doctors excuse before you start you pool training. Please answer all the medical questions before you schedule your pool training. If you arrive to your scheduled pool session with incomplete forms and are unable to participate, you will be charged the No-Show fee.

Reminder, You must SEE your name on the roster to attend.

For your pool training sessions, we will meet outside to get fitted for gear.  Please check the roster at least 2 days before your scheduled date and make sure your name has been added. Bring a bathing suit and towel. We provide all the scuba gear. If you have your own mask and fins you may bring them. We have pool sessions most every weekend either Saturday or Sunday.
